Back in March I did a portrait piece of my sister and her boyfriend for her birthday. It was such a hit with her friends that one of them wanted to get a similar portrait done for his girlfriend's birthday. I used Sakura Micron pens to ink and NeoPiko Markers for color. Unfortunately, my scanner was less forgiving than usual and it dropped out a lot of the subtle pinks and tans in the skin and some of the shading in the blond hair. O_o; But it still looks okay.

It's printer paper, but it's specifically XEROX 67# Vellum Cover paper (basically cheap bristol). You can get it or it's equivalent from any Office supply store. I've found that it's very decent for working with the NeoPikos. ^_^

It looks brilliant, darl :)

Just a suggestion, when you scan anything, look for a box that is labeled "Restore Colour" or something of the like. I find that it brings back a lot of my colours, especially since I work in pencil.
Adorable!
I love how you drew the male in this! His smile shows his affection, while his arms shows the protection!
